The hotel's location is not ideal as it's located far from the city center and tourist destinations. the room decor was outdated, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the food was not flavorful. the staff showed little interest and did not go above and beyond to assist guests.
The hotel's website was difficult to navigate and lacked important information about the facilities.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. The service was impeccable, truly attentive and friendly. The location of this venue was simply perfect, nestled in the stunning landscapes of the mountains. It offered breathtaking views that I could enjoy right from my room.
Highly recommended for families.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely pool and spa. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests we had.

Great location and beautiful scenery. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the option of having a romantic dinner by the pool. The staff was helpful and made sure that all our needs were met. We also appreciated the cozy and comfortable bed which made our romantic escape a dream come true.
The room was too small for us to move around comfortably and there was no storage space for our luggage. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room and we could barely connect to the internet.

The hotel was perfectly located near Lago di Braies, making it easy to explore the area. the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the room had a cozy mountain style with modern elements, and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel did not offer any spa or relaxation facilities, which would have been nice after a busy day of business meetings. the Wifi reception was not the strongest, making it difficult to use for work purposes.
